The Central Office of Judicial Investigations (BCIJ) projected yesterday in the national and international media, the images of the dismantling operation of the terrorist cell on Sunday in several cities of the Kingdom.
These images and video clips, projected at a press conference given by the Commissioner of Police, Director of BCIJ Abdelhak Khiame the headquarters of the Office in Salé, show the process of the raids and arrests by members BCIJ in cities of Agadir, Tangier, Laayoune, Boujaad, Tiflet, Marrakech, Taroudant, Ain Harouda and Eastern Laayoune, which resulted in the arrest of 13 individuals and the seizure of weapons fire and a large quantity of ammunition which were used for performing operations assassination of political, military and civilian.
Khiame has, on this occasion, announced that all operations conducted by the Office under the supervision of the prosecution, will be a press conference to inform the media and public opinion on the various interventions including the fight against crime, drug trafficking, trafficking in arms and explosives, terrorism, endangering the security of the State and forgery of currency.
